Yield: 1 Double cru

3cAll purpose flour
1 1/3cLard
2/3cIce water

Chop lard into flour until it is like coarse cornmeal. Add water (I pour some over ice cubes before I start and then measure) and stir a little. Handle crust as little as possible. Once it forms a ball turn it out on a floured board and knead a few times. Roll. Remember the more you handle it, the tougher it gets.
